6. Attend a offsite three-day, intensive leadership training seminar. 
7. Volunteer at a non-profit of choice or sit on a board.
8. Create a business development initiative, with support from the WBDC LEAD program team
9. Commit to a 6 month program and attend 3 follow-up half-day session meetings.
